Shipping & Returns

We ship everywhere in South Africa. Deliveries are made through courier. The courier costs are, however, for the account of the client. We have a longstanding arrangement with a reasonably priced but reliable courier. If, however, you would prefer making use of a different courier, you are free to do so - but must then make all the necessary arrangements yourself. Once you have made the arrangements, please give us a heads up as to the collection date.

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days.

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. 

All items are custom made and fitted to your unique figure, therefore no refunds will be given.
